Alright, well, in this episode we are covering everything that you probably didn't know about

This is probably one of the most empowering conversations I've had in a really long time,

especially for me personally, as family building has been painful if you followed my journey

And just really learning to, for me, it's been very important to figure out what does

it look like to build my life on rhythms and to really take care of my body in a way,

maybe I've always just been generally healthy, right?

I've always tried to eat healthy, I've always tried to work out regularly like the basic

things, but going through two pregnancies and losses in the matter of seven months or

so has really not only taken a toll on my mental health and my physical health, but

also in my emotional health, but also really, I would say sparked something in me to say,

alright, well, what's going on in there?

And what can I be doing to take charge in a more intentional way?

And although I've taken many steps toward things like functional medicine and some testing

and pursuing answers in a very proactive person, I didn't even really think much about my

cycle in this natural blueprint that's really built into our lives as women and how that

can really be something that we serve and pay more attention to and build our lives,

our food around everything that can not only optimize our health, not only optimize our
