had in the wake of the news that Melwyn Tavir had seized control of the empire. The Sarina

announced her plan to continue fighting for the empire while in hiding, under the protection of the Order of the Furies.

Cassie shared the news that she, along with Lou's family, would be going underground to assist the victims of Melwyn's military regime,

and asked the drow if she would be willing to come with her and continue to build a future together.

With a heavy heart, Lou decided her place was with the family and with Cassie,

and our heroes set a final farewell to their friend.
