time capsule season. It's a relationship mailbag that I recorded with my boyfriend Victor

back in February of this year.

Relationships and quarantine have been a hot topic in the month since.

So before we dig up the time capsule,

here's a quick update from Victor here in October.

I don't think a relationship has changed a great deal in quarantine, but like everything else in quarantine,

you know, there's an intensity and an

intentionality to everything and I think that has allowed us to work on, you know,

developing our skills, relationship skills, and making sure that we're taking care of the needs of each other in a

deliberate way.

As far as maintaining intimacy with close contact all the time, I think the key to that is distance. I think we've been really good about being deliberate in having space alone, sort of respecting space alone.

You know, Sophie has spent a lot of time outside

and, you know, it's nice to go outside and hang out outside a little bit,

but I also try to give her space to do that.

I try to give myself some space to break away and read when I can.
