Summary

One of my favorite masterclasses from this year was also one of our best attended. Fat Loss and Body Transformation are such important topics to get right, especially because what worked at 30 won't always work at 40. There are so many misconceptions about how to get and sustain a lean body that I wanted to share and address with you. It's not hard, it's that we're not taught the evolution of training or nutrition as we age.

Today's solocast breaks down 32 of my tried-and-tested (and scientifically verified) tools to transform your body, and to make it sustainable. I also summarized these 32 action items in a comprehensive PDF guide, which includes links to additional resources. Get your copy now by clicking here.

You'll learn:

  • The #1 Factor That is Actually Preventing You From Losing Fat
  • How to Optimize Your Hormones to Build and Maintain Muscle Mass
  • A Simple Physique Transformation Framework that ANYONE Can Follow
  • The KEY Morning Action Items to Execute on for Ideal Body Composition
  • Where Most of the Fitness World is WRONG When it Comes to Fat Loss

When you set out on a fat loss journey, fat loss can happen very, very quickly. I would encourage

0:15.4

you all to take a mindset of it might take me a long time, but if I do it correctly, I can sustain

0:23.5

it for life. It doesn't have to be something that ultimately you get once and then you're

0:28.8

chasing it. Sometimes many of us are always feeling like, oh, it's hard to sustain. That's

0:35.1

not reality. You don't have to constantly just get it and then

0:38.8

chase it, right? Once you understand fat loss, which you actually understand what needs to

0:44.1

happen inside your body, I believe it's a relatively simple thing to sustain. And that's one of my

0:49.9

goals for today is to give you guys a sustainable process that you can ultimately sustain

0:54.6

not only now, but for the rest of your life. And I have a belief that if you understand a process,

0:59.6

it allows you to do repeatedly. What we don't want to do as grown humans is fight against

1:06.2

ourselves, right? Do something and I feel like, oh God, it's hard. I got to keep doing it. It looks

1:10.6

like it's like trudging through the mud, right? I don't ever want to feel like, oh, God, it's hard. I got to keep doing it. It looks like,

1:14.8

it's like trudging through the mud, right? I don't ever want to feel like trudging through the mud,

1:19.7

and I guarantee there's a small number of things or potentially a very large number of things that you can do on a regular basis that will make fat loss easy for you. So the first thing we

1:25.1

have to acknowledge when I say that is the inevitable individuality of us all.

1:30.6

Right. We're all very different humans. We all have very different. Remember this. We have different

1:35.5

genetics. We have a different history. We have a different lifestyle. So those are our kind of primary

1:41.7

considerations. What I have new client comes to me, I am going to have some thought around, what is this

1:47.7

person's genetics, what is their history?

1:50.5

So have they succeeded or failed?

1:52.3

Have they been athletic?

1:53.3

Have they been healthy in the past or unhealthy?
