Dr. Dan has built his pediatry practice to the top 3% in the country while working on it part time.

The other half of his time, he runs effective management, a business consulting company.

He's also the author of the best-selling book Fast Tracking Your Prosperity. Dan, take a minute.

Fill in some gaps from that intro and give us a little glimpse to your personal life.

I'm sure you know I'm married, I'm a daughter that is 8 years old. I'm a little bit old, I'm 53,

so I was a little bit older when I had her, but it's the best thing I ever did. I got to tell you,

for me, life is about helping people and so a lot of my personal life involves just being part of

the community, doing a lot of charity or things like that. So I'm just really a part of the community.

That's how I view myself, even in my personal life. Well Dan, one thing that we like to focus

on at the top of EO Fire is revenue generation. Obviously, as a pediatry practice, you have the top

3% in the country. That's generating some significant revenue, but the other half of your business,

when you run effective management, that business consulting company, how do you generate revenue

from that and from other sources related to that? What happened with the practices as I built it up,

I recognized that there were certain things that practitioners and businessmen, people just did
