Coming to you from a hotel room in Sweet Home San Diego on Tuesday, December 27th, 2016, woke up to the bad

news that Carrie Fisher didn't make it. I've always been a fan, of course, because Star Wars

was awesome and her bikini in Jedi is probably

the best thing ever worn by any human being in a motion picture.

I got to sort of meet and interact with her a little bit because she got dragged into a social

media thing that I was involved with.

I think this was around the same time as MySpace, maybe before, but it was like a thing

called the stump and groups of people would get together and just talk and argue about shit.

And I was on it for a long time and had a lot of friends that were all in kind of like a sort of show business.

It was all writers and actors and directors and she got dragged into it and was totally nice.

And then came to some, I was part of a group that did lots of speaking shows

like monologues uh called sit and spin that uh she came and watched one night i was on i think

and then i got to hang out with her a little bit at the after party.

But just as delightful as you'd imagine, an extremely fun person to be around.
