Hey friends, welcome back to my podcast. I am super duper excited to have you here today

and to introduce you to a friend of mine

and just really like open up some dialogue with my friend Chastity here who we are going to discuss things that probably aren't being discussed enough.

We're going to talk about body image. We're going to talk about appearance. We're going to talk about body image. We're going to talk about self-acceptance and

self-worth. We're going to talk about how the way you dress and show up for your life and for your

work, how that matters.

And we're going to talk about all things kind of related to body image

and how to dress and all these fun girly things and I can't

wait to introduce you to my friend and so this is Chastity Stemmons and

Chastity owns a business called Chastity Stemones Enterprises which just sounds

so fancy girl.

You say fancy.

It is fancy because I'm a fancy pants and I think every woman is a fancy pants

Jennifer. I think sometimes when she tap into our fancy and

every woman's fancy looks different but there's something that inside of a

woman that causes her to rise to who she really is.

And let me give an example.
