Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast. I'm super excited to talk to you again this week for you

faithful listeners man I just appreciate you so much week after week tuning in and

sharing this podcast with your friends and I want to thank you thank you and so I'm also aware that some of you who listen to my podcast are not even business owners.

You're not even in the creative industries and so today's podcast is a great topic for you to share with someone that you may know, it might not be you, who does have a small business, who does just need a little bit of encouragement and some cheering on across the internet and so if you would be

kind enough to share this with someone who could use just some words of

encouragement I would be so grateful and so I'm going to talk on this podcast today about

something completely different. I'm going to try to just give you guys some

encouragement and I want to talk to those of you today who are just feeling really frustrated with the rate at which your business is growing or is not growing basically.

I know that a lot of times I'll come on my podcast and I'll give you know technical strategies and we had tips last week for growing your Facebook page and you know

Give you kind of the low down on what's coming up in terms of paint

colors this year and all of that is great but listen when you are a small

business owner sometimes you need encouragement literally more than you need more technical strategy you need more

someone to encourage you more than you need more technical strategy.

You need someone to encourage you more than you need more tips for your Facebook

page and so I want to take that position today because we had something that was just absolutely crazy pants that happened in my business in the last couple of weeks.

And I'm super excited about the big shifts that my business has recently made.

But I think that for perhaps an outsider looking in, it would appear as though big shifts maybe have always been happening

or that I've grown my business really quickly and that is absolutely positively not my story

Not my story at all and so I would like to share with those of you who are frustrated those of you who feel left behind those of you who are frustrated, those of you who feel left behind, those of you who feel like when is it going to be your time, those of you who are feeling very average at running a business, those of you who are watching others just, I mean, fly by you in terms of sales and Facebook growth, etc.

You are the one I'm talking to today.
