Hey guys, happy Monday. We are doing a Q&A today all about the first trimester.

So if you just found out you were pregnant this is going to be a

really good episode for you to tune into. I remember when I found out I was

pregnant with Walter and when I found out I was pregnant with this baby drastic different reactions I guess but it's always it's always a surprise it's always a surprise.

It's always such a crazy feeling, I feel like

to find out you're pregnant.

For some people, obviously, it is a complete surprise and shock and like what?

What the heck?

And then for others you know you're trying and you're not expecting a positive, but you've been trying and it's not as much of a surprise.

But I think every mom can agree that it is still a very unique feeling to find out that you're pregnant.

So in this episode I'm going to answer some commonly asked questions that you may have during your first trimester.

If this is your first pregnancy, this is probably going to help you out a whole lot more.

If you've been pregnant, maybe before this is your second or third or fourth pregnancy you might know some of the answers

to these questions but still a good episode to tune into if you're still in that

first trimester or you just found out we're going to go over some of the first things that you

should do when you find out that you're pregnant, how to calculate your due

date, morning sickness, when you should tell your boss, exercise, bleeding, cramping, all of that stuff.
