Summary
Host Ian Hartitz breaks down the fantasy football value of Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel ahead of the 2021 season. McLaurin has been anyone's idea of a great receiver since entering the league in 2019, and he's done this despite having a group of bad quarterbacks that would make Allen Robinson blush. Samuel has also proven capable of doing anything you'd like a No. 1 wide receiver to do; don't hold his Kyle Allen-induced 2019 disappointment against him. Ryan Fitzpatrick should upgrade this entire passing game; unfortunately things seem too crowded at the No. 3 wide receiver spot to feel all that good about any of the auxilary receivers. This doesn't apply to Logan Thomas, who again looks a lot like a fantasy TE1. Ian closes the podcast out with his specific ranks for these pass-catchers and a note on how to get over stubbing your toe.

| 0:00.0 | I'm your host, Dean Harditz. And today we continue the fantasy file series with a look. The Washington |
| 0:16.0 | football team is passing in specifically Terry McClaurne, Chris Samuel Logan Thomas, |
| 0:21.0 | Lemony Little Diamond Brown. I don't know. We'll get crazy. People will see. We'll see what happens. |
| 0:25.0 | But basically, I do think we're on the verge of seeing this Washington passing game actually taking a big leap forward compared to what we've seen in past years. |
| 0:33.0 | There's been some good receivers. I'm Pierre Garçon, the Sean Jackson with those Kirk cousins Shanahan, RG3 teams of Vernias Coles, especially Santana Moss. |
| 0:43.0 | I mean, my goodness, a few people remember that I think it was Monday night football, maybe Sunday night. The Cowboys were inducting. I think each of Troy Eggman, Michael Irvin and Emma Smith into their ring of honor had a comfortable. |
| 0:57.0 | I think it was like a 14 to 3 lead in the fourth quarter. And Santana, Mosh is catches two not one but two bomb touchdowns steal the game. But he was a lot of fun to watch back in the day. |
| 1:08.0 | And I think that's kind of a more overlooked name from the past couple of decades. I want to give Santana a shout out, but truly people McClaurne. |
| 1:16.0 | I don't want to say he's on pace. I have a better career than Santana Moss. I got to was around a long time. He's been fantastic though, just taking those other guys out of it. |
| 1:24.0 | Terremaclaw is in terms of Terremaclaw has been freaking awesome 58 catches 919 yards seven touchdowns rookie last year 87 catches 1118 yards four touchdowns. And he has been doing it with the type of quarterbacks that make him the favorite to be his generations. |
| 1:41.0 | Alan Robinson, who is his generations Andre Johnson. And I know Larry for sure has a case to be made for this, you know, quote unquote honor as well of just having the most dog shit quarterbacks possible back there. |
| 1:54.0 | But he did get to play with Carson Palmer at some point to this point. We have not seen McClaurne play with really a single replacement level quarterback even. |
| 2:04.0 | I mean, okay, some of these guys were better in our situations, but the case kingdom, Washington era was awful. We are called McCoy there for a game to Wayne Haskins as much as I think, you know, he doesn't deserve to be tarnished away. |
| 2:15.0 | Some people kind of throw his name around. He has objectively been a terrible NFL quarterback, which is what we're talking about right now. So he hasn't helped Kyle Allen certainly didn't help Taylor Heinecke. |
| 2:25.0 | He's great. Good on him having that playoff games against the Buckeneers. We can never take that away from him. He is still objectively been a bad quarterback on the entirety of this career. |
| 2:35.0 | And then we had the 2020 version of Alex Smith, who was typically more concerned with just getting the ball out of his hands as fast as possible to JD McKissick and occasionally Terry McClaurne. |
| 2:45.0 | So somehow through that all and playing with not one, but two high ankle sprains last year to high ankle sprains. This dude's a freaking warrior. But anyway, they're all that McClaurne is still managed to be anyone's idea of an above average receiver amongst 77 wider receivers with at least 100 targets over the past two years. |
| 3:03.0 | He has a very strong cornering right 17th and PDF for Steven Gray tie for 27th nurse per exception, tie for 20th and yards after the Kesper reception, 23rd and years for our run 29th and QB rating when targeted again. |
| 3:15.0 | Not the craziest number as often like anyone's saying, Terry McClaurne needs to be a top 10 real life receiver needs to be considered a conversation. |
| 3:23.0 | despite he's quarterback, she's been making the most of it. |
| 3:25.8 | I was surprised to see with that Yaris Perrao run total. |
| 3:28.8 | He's number 23 at 1.95, right behind him at number 24, |
