1:06.9	So I'm going to quote him on this. Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it. I also share
1:12.1	your concern for our country and agree wholeheartedly that every vote counts. However, I'm afraid I
1:17.6	can't encourage millions of people to vote who might have never met just to run out and cast a ballot
1:22.4	simply because they have the right to vote. That would be like encouraging everyone to buy an
1:27.0	AR-15 assault rifle simply because they have the right to bear arms. I would need to know a few
1:32.3	things about them before offering that kind of encouragement. For instance, do they know how to
1:36.4	care for a weapon? Can they afford the cost of the weapon? Do they have a history of violence?
1:40.9	Are they mentally stable? In short, are they responsible citizens? And casting a ballot is not
