0:52.5	Hi, Jordan. I just started listening to your podcast a couple of months ago, and there's
0:56.2	a lot of good pearls in here. I've never written into anything before ever, so that's a testament
1:01.2	to either the bind I'm in or how much I value your opinion. I'm in a graduate program,
1:06.4	and I'm really good friends with everyone in the program, especially the other three
1:09.9	guys in my class. I'm about to start my last year in the program, and recently our bosses
1:14.5	chose my friend to be the chief of the program. I volunteered for the position, but some
1:19.6	recent events had excluded me from being picked. Honestly, none of the events were my fault,
1:24.3	but I'm fine in a great standing with my bosses and colleagues. Overall, I'm not that
1:28.9	bummed about not being chosen, but I do think they chose him because he's a little bit
1:32.8	more of a pushover than I am, and they just want someone who isn't going to make any
1:36.5	waves for better or for worse. So my problem is that to me and the other guys in the class,
