0:43.2	Dear Art of Charm, I'm a new listener to your podcast, having just discovered it a few weeks ago
0:47.2	while looking for some inspiration to get over a bit of a low point in my life. For the last three
0:51.8	years, I've been living abroad in Asia. I'm generally a very sociable and bubbly person, and when I
0:56.8	moved here, I made a lot of friends and was very active in the X-Bat community. However, many of
1:02.2	them have since moved on while I've stayed behind, and I've struggled to meet new people. There
1:07.1	aren't many opportunities to meet new people, and I've also been single for the whole time I've been
1:11.5	here. I was listening to one of your podcasts about loneliness, and I realized I'm probably starting
1:16.4	to feel a bit lonely. I don't really want to move back home, but it's looking like the only
1:20.4	option is I'm getting miserable here. I'm just worried that when I go home, I'll be just as lonely
1:25.2	and suffer from reverse culture shock. If I end up regretting my decision to leave Asia and want
1:30.0	to return, I'll have wasted a huge amount of time and money, and my CV will be a disaster as I've
1:35.1	changed jobs so many times in the last few years. I'm almost 30, and part of me also wonders if I should
1:40.6	settle down, get a real job, and try to meet someone and stop gallivanting around the world.
