My first ghost encounter,

Hey Nick and Edy, here's another story I wanted to tell y'all about my first ghost encounter.

Late one night, we were throwing a birthday party for my mom and baby sister.

While everyone was drinking and conversing, my cousin David and I went to jump on the

trampoline that was behind my house. As I came down on the trampoline all tired and out of breath,

I looked up toward my neighbor's backyard. I saw a ghost that was staring right back at me. I would say about maybe 10 feet away. I remember it being very tall and slim, with four distinct holes in its face, one where its eyes should be, one where

a mouth should be, and a hole in the middle of its head.

Now I remember staring at this spirit for maybe a solid two minutes. I felt a child run down my spine.

With my eyes still locked on the ghost, I asked my cousin David if he could also see what

I was looking at. He confirmed that it wasn't just my eyes playing a trick on me.

We ran to get our parents to come and look at what we discovered.

Of course, being kids, they didn't believe us.

I don't know why.

It showed itself to my cousin and I I and never ever again since then

I'm now 20 I still have that spirit's face with that hole in the middle of its head stuck in my head

Occasionally I have nightmares.

Can you guys help me to understand why that is?
