so good for so many reasons. One being that I have one of my very best friends on. She's also a therapist,

so it's like extra special. You get two therapists this week. Her name is Blair Falconello and this seems

so weird, but I've known her for 10 years now. And Blair has her own private practice in Nashville and she is a

marriage and family therapist. She earned her master's degree at the University of Southern Mississippi,

which is where both of us went to undergrad and where we met. After she earned her master's degree, she came and moved to Nashville, and then she worked at a pretty

well-known residential treatment center around Nashville. I want to say for about five years, and she's

worked with men, she's worked with women. She was in charge of the family program, and she also

worked with adolescents. So she kind of is a catch-all when it comes to that stuff. She was in charge of the family program and she also worked with adolescents. So

she's so knowledgeable. Plus, she's really fun and has a great personality. And so this conversation

is really exciting and fun for me to have. I just love her so much. So I hope you enjoy what she
