Hello and welcome back to the podcast.

We are going to start this week by catching up on a few things that happened this past weekend

and our own not that exciting lives, but we had a little bit of an interesting weekend.

And then we'll get into all the drama that's been going on

all the stories grammies all of it um first of all we spent friday night playing board games we sure

did um specifically i don't know if you guys have ever played the game aggravation i recently

discovered it um although my sister reminded me

that we used to play it when we were younger my mom said something similar maybe we didn't play it

but she was very familiar with the game so i don't remember elena remembers we played really actually

played with them on Thursday.

And I had a lot of fun. Somehow you really can't be good at it, which is what I like. No, there's really minimal skill, all luck. I mean, a little bit of skill. There's a little. There's a little. If you want to get into it, you can. but if you don't want to, you don't have to, and you can still be a part of the game.

very fun. Highly recommend. We did that on Friday. But it got me thinking, I swear, you know how they say there's that saying that when people get older, like older people become young again

because you start doing things that used to do and you're like a baby yep and I swear as we are aging that's happening because we're playing board games we are going to bed early we are in desperate need of naps I love a nap I love the idea of a nap, especially on the weekends,

because I still try to get up, like, relatively early.

I've been actually really into the idea of going to the bed.

This is such an old person, I think, thing to think about.

I was talking to chat GPT about it. Because I sometimes I have a really

hard time sleeping. Like I toss and I turn. I don't get good sleep. I feel sleepy throughout the day.

So I was asking it like what's the best amount of sleep for me to get? And then we, I was just kind of like
