In tonight's Sleep Hypnosis with Jessica, we're looking to animals to teach us how to fall back to sleep. Take a cat for example. When cats are napping, they are very, very relaxed. Almost liquid in their relaxation. Like a puddle of fur. With any unexpected noise, the cat will snap to attention. But as soon as it sees the coast is clear, boom, it sinks right back into the puddle. Straight back to sleep. Instead of tossing and turning, let's learn to let go and fall straight back into a puddle of sleep.
