1:45.6	It feels a sense of relief. You've been working on it a long time.

1:55.7	It's interesting to me because when I was reading the book, at one point you said you started writing the book,

2:05.1	And when, as I read the rest of the book, a lot of things happened after that.

2:15.7	Well, I actually had the idea back in 2000, but I was contemplating it was just going to
