Hello and welcome back to another episode of Wellness Herway. You guys, it has been a while

since it's just been me and you. So today we're going to have a nice solo chat. What I decided to do

was gather all of my fall favorites for you. I've seen this request come up a few times in my

DM. So I'm like, you know what?

This is like my favorite season. And I feel like I have really been taking inventory all year of,

you know, my favorite like wellness and beauty products. And we'll have a separate one for Christmas,

like a wellness wish list. But these are the things that I feel like this season I've been reaching for the most, and I've just been gathering my favorites

for you. So we are going to go through those. But yeah, just in general, fall really is my favorite

season. And it's the one thing that I really miss about living in Indiana, because fall in Indiana,

or just fall in the Midwest in general, like the air is

crisp, but the leaves are changing. I used to go to apple orchards on the weekend. And there's just

nothing better than experiencing fall where like the leaves change. So if you live in the

Midwest, please next time you're out and about or on your morning walk and the leaves are starting

and send me a DM because I miss that so, so much. But it is cooling off here in St. Pete. So if you're

ever planning on visiting, this is the best time of year to come here because it's not nearly as

humid. So I'm trying to, you know, embrace the fall vibes as much as I can. I've got my boots out, my leather jacket. I just went to Reformation and got a bunch of sweaters, which, by the way, I will say every single sweater I've gotten there, like their sweaters are a bit pricier, but they have held up so well. And I feel like somewhere that's comparable is Eritzia, but there's something about their sweaters that just fit me really well, and I feel like they are worth the price if you're looking to invest in
