this is our test kitchen episode. It ended up falling on the perfect day. I took the day off.

It's election day when we're recording this. All kinds of things to celebrate today. Yes. I knew I would be

so distracted. And so I took the day off. It ended up being perfect. I've like spent the morning

in the kitchen, um, channeling all my energy there. And you know how I feel about civic duties

responsibility. Yes. Yes. This feels, this feels like a momentous day. This is like the

culmination. Yes, exactly. In a perfect way to celebrate.

So yeah, today is our first test kitchen episode and our podcasting table.

It is full in front of us of all sorts of deliciousness that we made in our kitchens from recipes that are listeners sent.

So that is, it's really, really cool, really cool way to connect with our listeners.
