This is so funny. On our next door group, this woman is like, we were like, we were watching my son's tortoises, one escaped.

I'm like, what is happening?

I don't understand how a tortoise escapes.

Like, I can usually catch my dogs before they go somewhere.

I don't want them to go.

There are more missing tortoise posters than missing dog or cat posters in our neighbor.

I mean, we do live in the desert.

Maybe people just have seen tortoises and claimed them for their own.
