Before we start, create, find, go to a safe place, a place in which you can sit or lie comfortably.

Ideally because the purpose of this meditation is your sleep I suggest your bed. When you're ready, when you're ready and you're feeling comfortable and secure. We will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

Take a big breath in and release it.

Notice the experience of breathing, of your breathing.

Notice the inhale and the exhale.
