Yeah, it's been a while for me, too.

It always bothered me seeing the animals paraded like that after being lit out of cages

and then hearing about how they were all abused.

Well, here comes tech to the rescue. The circus theater Ricali in Germany was the first to swap out,

get this, real animals with 3D holograms.

I'm talking about elephants and tigers and lions.

They're all in 3D.

They use 11 laser projectors operated by just one person,

and they still have the real performers, but only the

animals are these 3D holograms.

Now, I wonder if you can pay to see the hologram circus with a hologram of real money.

Okay, yeah, but seriously, they were going to use a hologram of a human cannonball,

but he was part of the union, and they couldn't fire him. Ah, yes, that's right.
