This is the movement of the Holy Family.

So welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call to mind all those that we've promised to pray for.

Now yesterday we reflected on the truth

that God is our father and the catechism teaches us that faith in God the Father, it should cause us to live differently,

different from those who had no faith.

The Catechism points out five ways that faith in our father should change us.

The first is that believing in God means coming to know God's greatness and majesty.

God created everything and he governs and rules everything and he can do everything.

God is the Father Almighty

whose father and power shed light on one another.

And God reveals his fatherly power

by the way that he takes care of our needs,

by sharing his life with us, making us his children,

and by his infinite mercy,

for he displays his power at its height by freely forgiving our sins.

Nothing is impossible with God, and with Him we are safe.

But if God is all powerful and all good, then why does he allow bad things to happen?

Well he allows it because our Father wants us to be like him and so he gave us free will, free to do what is good or to do what is evil.

But God is so all- powerful and all good that he works all things for good for those who love him.
