0:52.0 | I'm going to be teaching today about faith. Actually, I'm going to be teaching on faith for the next three days today and then two more days. |
0:59.0 | Because faith is something that is really, really important. And although we may think we know what it is, sometimes we just get a little bit lazy about releasing our faith or using our faith. |
1:13.0 | So I think that this is going to be very beneficial to all of us. I've enjoyed studying for it and I hope that you enjoy hearing it. |
1:20.0 | I want to start with the scriptures and Romans about Abraham. And his story is really so amazing. |

1:33.0 | Romans 417 through 21 says, and this is Paul writing this, as it is written, |
1:41.0 | I have made you a father of many nations. Now, this is God speaking to Abraham. And he says, I have made you a father of many nations. |
1:51.0 | Well, the thing that's very interesting about that is that Abraham had no children. And not only did Abraham not have any children, he was too old to have any children. |
2:03.0 | He was 100 years old. And the Bible says that Sarah had a deadened wound. They were both past childbearing years. |
2:12.0 | So what do we do when God speaks something to us or promises us something that sounds absolutely impossible? |
2:22.0 | I'm wondering how many people right now that are watching feel like you have a promise from God that's impossible. You don't see how it could work. |
2:33.0 | But you have to remember that what's impossible with man is possible with God. |
2:40.0 | You know, when I think about even the ministry that I'm in now, and where I was at when God spoke to me and what I was like and what my life was like, I mean, I look back and think there's no way that this is possible, except that God did it. |
2:59.0 | The thing that's interesting that I really want you to get and not miss is that God is willing to do a lot of things in our life, but he needs us to agree with him. |
