Can you take some more teaching and preaching and stories and, huh?

All right.

The night is young.

We really need to make some adjustments, you know, as a society, as a generation.

There's all kind of folks.

They just think it'd be terrible to spend two hours or three in church, you know.

But they'll sit in front of a TV for six hours straight and not think of a thing in the world about it.

Priorities need to be adjusted, don't they?

You know, one way that you show respect for the Lord is by putting the works of the Lord first.

You know, getting up and going to church, making an effort, showing respect and paying attention,

and folks that don't do this are kidding themselves about putting the Lord first.

You know, Hebrews will be looking at just a minute, but the passage of the 10th chapter talked about,

don't forsake the assembling of yourselves together,

as the manner of some is.

I've had people tell me, you know, I didn't say a word.

They just knew that I was a pastor and I was a preacher.

And I wasn't trying to put them on the spot.

I just asked them where they went to church,
