What one area of your life do you need to increase in faith?

You know, Hebrews 11 says that now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.

In other words, it's different than hope.

Hope is an expectancy.

We're expectant for something to happen, but faith is the assurance that it's there.

Faith is, in fact, every single person, when you go down in Hebrews 11, there's something

about them.

They were assured of something.

And I think of Noah because he built this massive arc.

He had faith that God was going to rescue him from a flood in an environment where it never

rained.

I mean, can you imagine how much his friends were making fun of him?

The community was making fun of him for something.

When you have faith, you look wacky to people around you.

And that is okay. Because as Hebrews 11 says, these all died in faith, although they had not

received the things that were promised. And then it goes on and it says, they confessed that they were

foreigners and temporary residents on this earth. Look, we talk about being

famous at home in our earthly home, but being famous in your heavenly home, it says, but now they

desire a better place, a heavenly one. And therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God,
