of one to ten where are you on how well you support and it was interesting that we

started with expectation because a lot of times I think we should lead in support

support is a very powerful way to get our kids to get to the next level because it's like if you're trying to teach your child to ride a bicycle for the first time without training wheels, you have to level, you have to offer some level of support.

I think it's a great illustration for support expectation. You're expecting them to take off on their own, but you have to in the

beginning give them a level of support. If they don't feel the support, they're going to

keep falling over and falling over, and they're just going to get frustrated, and it's just

going to be, they just, yeah, they're going to fail. They're going to feel like they're going to

fail. They're going to feel like a failure because it's just like I got it demoralized that's the word I'm

looking for they're gonna feel demoralized because they don't feel supported remember
