but because our dear Jane Butler, who's the illustrator of our children's books, by the way,

And so we want to just give a shout out to Jane for the incredible work she's doing and

for us and helping us just make things look good.

And not just look good, but user-friendly, like simple and clear in terms of what we're doing

and the ways that we're helping people and families.

And so just want to give a shout out to her and to the new website.

that is today we want to talk about creating a growth environment. Like what does it mean to last

week we talked about parents as leaders? Because a lot of times we don't see ourselves as leaders

as parents, but we are leaders as parents. And times we don't see ourselves as leaders as parents but we we are leaders

as parents and today we're talking about how do we create a growth environment and we did this

with kids growth environment for kids we did the emotional and spiritual aspect of this a while back
