I just want to start off by saying thank you guys so much for your support.

Everybody that's been tuning in and listening, this is just so amazing and I'm

happy that I'm able to share my thoughts with you all and I hope that you receive

something good from it, but thank you so much for your support.

Well, what I wanted to talk about today was, you know, I always get these emails and messages from women and everybody about how I made the

transition in my life or how I got to the place that I am mentally.

And I never really know how to answer that question because it's not just one simple process.

I've been on this journey since about 2016. I just knew something was not right in my life. I just felt like I was on a path that wasn't leading me anywhere. I felt

lost. I just didn't have any direction and I was placing my life in the hands of a lot of people who did not have my best interest.

And after going through so much of that, your body and your soul just starts to feel tired and I was just feeling tired of

going nowhere and not being able to do what I really wanted to do or express myself the way that I wanted to express myself etc.

And it was making me feel depressed so I just I pray and I'm like there has to be more like this isn't who I am I need to find out who I am what am I going to do what's my purpose

Give me a sign literally that's what I started to do.

And then all of these things just started to appear in my life.

Information, knowledge and wisdom, all of these things

just started to appear in my life.

You know, I've done a lot of studying, a lot of researching, a lot of, you know, self-awareness,

and that, I believe, is the trickiest part of it all.

Having to look inside of yourself and getting real about things that are pretty ugly, okay? You know, we all have things in our life that

bother us to our core, things that are hurting us, and we don't want to accept those facts and move past it.

But let me tell you something.
