Well, here in the United States and in many parts of the world, 2016 has been a year marked by struggle and division.

So now as we near the end of the year and we look to the year ahead, do you find yourself being tempted to be fearful about the future?

I'm Nancy DeMoss-Walgamuth, and today we'll talk about how you can look at the

future with joy. This is Revive Our Hearts for Friday, November 18.

Not long ago, my husband, Robert, and I met with a group of women for a Q&A time. One of the women

asked about fear and the future. We'll hear that conversation in a few minutes, but first,

in the room that day, there was a sweet young woman named Miranda who was interning at Revive

our hearts at the time. And she asked how you can know whether you're leaning

entirely on the Lord. And that's an important question, because if we're not leaning on him,

then inevitably we'll start leaning on something or someone else. I was thinking just in like

the past few weeks being here, one of the questions that the Lord has brought to my mind is,

is Christ enough for me?

And do I live like he is?

And so I think married or single,

that's a question that will repeatedly come back.

People will just come back to.

And so I would love to hear both of you to share.

Like how do I remind myself that Christ is enough for me?

And is that a place that I get to, like where I'm there, like Christ is enough for me?

Or is it something that we have to remind ourselves of that every day, walking with the Lord?

By reminding yourself that Christ is enough, that's what you do.

You say, Father in heaven, you're enough.
