how people approach death is probably as unique as our fingerprint, I would imagine.

In subtle ways, it's different.

And we're bringing lifetimes of experience and perspectives that impact how we die.

And yet the actual dying process is very similar.

And so when I think about the great equalizer that is death, you know, that spares no one,

it's like I see our shared humanity in those moments.

I see our, like, I really feel into what unity consciousness must feel like when I'm at the

that there's value in talking about death and preparing for death before you reach that point.

Because I've seen deaths that I would call, you know, we say conscious dying, and what I mean by

that is a dying experience that involves everyone going in with their eyes wide open, their hearts open, to what is.

So, you know, looking at denial, looking at fear and its place and how it's impacting the experience, but really being very present with what is.
