She's been dubbed by CEO Mark Zuckerberg as the woman in charge of growing the Facebook community.

A senior woman in Silicon Valley, she calls this a watershed moment.

We need more women in power. We need parity and, you know, it would be awesome if women from the world.

Why she says Cheryl Sandberg is her hero,

Well, I've read so much about you, so I'm excited to hear this firsthand, your sort of

remarkable rise and journey at Facebook, because I think many people listening may not know your name yet,

but you were one of Facebook's first employees, employee

number 29, and the longest serving employee at Facebook today other than Mark Zuckerberg.

Wow. There is someone Matt Jacobson. He's the second longest serving. Okay. So you're a third.

You are a third.

What is that like when you look back today on what it was when you started?

I started when I was 22 years old.
