It's happened again. Another mass shooting, this time in a Virginia Beach government building.

Thirteen are dead, including the shooter.

We will not be defined by this horror.

We will go forward.

We'll have the latest on what prompted the alleged shooter to attack his coworkers.

Then both Special Counsel Robert Mueller and Attorney General William Barr go public on the

Russia investigation.

If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime,

we would have said so.

This whole idea that Trump was in cahoots with the Russians is bogus.
