0:39.4	Hi, thanks for having me.
0:40.9	I'm excited to be here.
0:42.2	We are excited to chat. So give our
0:44.1	listeners a little synopsis about you and what you do. Okay. So I am the
0:50.3	Nicky Family Support Coordinator for one of the largest niki's here in Alabama.
0:56.0	And I work for the March of Dimes.
0:59.0	And so the program that I'm involved in is a program Marchgyddyms created.
1:03.0	There are over 70 of us across the United States
1:06.0	that do this program for Nick U families
1:09.0	and it's just a way to educate families and staff
1:12.0	in Nick U's and then also just provide support and kind of help
1:16.6	families navigate their journey in the NICU. Yeah. And so it's a really cool opportunity to get to be a part of that journey and help them to work in and out of how to navigate it.
1:31.6	It's really it can be overwhelming and so I am the only
1:35.1	Niki family support coordinator in Alabama but I would love to see a lot more
1:40.3	of us one day because I think that it is needed in a lot of our Nicky's and I think
