Welcome back to Morning Glory. If you know Blexley's here with me. We're going to go through the papers. We're going to find out what happened last night. How was it possible at the police who were expecting trouble at 100 different locations

actually didn't find any trouble at all? Were those 100 locations ever under threat?

Was their intelligence completely and utterly wrong? And could they possibly have called a win

a little bit too early? Peter, obviously we've got lots of newspaper headlines to talk about.

We were saying earlier on today this kind of kumbaya feeling has swept the country since last night.

Night anti-hate marches faced down the thugs, as it says in the Daily Mail.

But it also says shops were boarded up.

People were told that they should leave offices early.

People were sent home.

People were told to go to kindergarten, speak up their kids early. You know, there was a sort of a mass

panic almost around the country where people were worried that there was going to be sort of looting,

fires, punch-ups, all sorts of nastiness. None of it ever happened. No, it didn't. Who you actually

need in this chair this morning is Ringo Starr.

So you can sit here and peace of love, man. Peace of love. Absolutely. Because that's what all these front pages would have you believe actually happened.
