Hey, hey, welcome to another episode of She We Are in the middle of a series that is

all about unmet expectations and navigating when life doesn't look like how you thought

it would.

It doesn't quite go according to plan.

And I wanted to take a break from some of the solo episodes I've been doing to bring

some encouragement and life from a friend of mine, Annie Downs.

She's amazing.

If you're not familiar with Annie, you're about to be and you're going to love her just

as much as I do.

But we had this really great conversation recently about the importance of fun, especially

as adults, and especially when life does not go how we thought when life is hard, when

life doesn't meet our expectations, and when we're struggling with that and disappointed

by that.

And so this conversation is really meant to add a little bit of sunshine and light to

your life if you are finding yourself just kind of feeling stuck in a season of uncertainty

or unmet expectations or even waiting.
