| 0:00.0 | Good morning and welcome to the 5 a.m. Miracle episode number 625. |
| 0:09.0 | Extreme results require extreme focus. How to eliminate, consolidate, and execute. I am Jeff |
| 0:16.6 | Sanders and you have reached the podcast that is dedicated to dominating your day before breakfast. |
| 0:23.0 | In the episode this week, I'll break down why extreme results require extreme focus, |
| 0:28.7 | how to craft a system that amplifies what works while downplaying what doesn't, |
| 0:34.2 | and how to walk away from all the distractions that are holding you back from your |
| 0:39.3 | full potential. Let's dig right in. |

| 1:38.9 | some things. We can find balance but trying to do a few things at once, attempt to multitask, watch it fail |
| 1:46.1 | and then try again. But ultimately, the balance really comes down to asking that question, |
| 1:51.4 | what do I give my attention to next that really needs my attention right now? And then when I do, |
| 1:58.8 | this is the kicker. When I do, what am I okay with ignoring? |
| 2:03.8 | Knowing full well that what I ignore could fall apart or just simply not make any progress while I don't work on it. |
| 2:13.3 | You know, focus for me has been extremely important for all of these reasons and more. |
| 2:18.2 | And it's also important for me because I am just as distracted as you are, if not more. |
| 2:24.3 | I do not believe that I have ADD, but I definitely believe that as a guy who values energy and a little bit of caffeine and a lot of this focus on checking boxes and getting things done, |
