I'm tour guide, the ship's emergency tour guide hologram.

I've been designed to look like the captain of the Sisyphus to make you feel more welcome at home.

I'm a simulacrum of thrilled to be showing you around this storage ship,

so follow me and please hold all questions until the end.

The USS Sisyphus is a Constellation-class starship,

easily identified by its rare four-nacelle design.

Commissioned in 2301, it saw many decades of service as both a deep space exploration vessel,

as well as a combat vessel and a number

of Federation border disputes.

It was due for decommission in 2370, but a last-minute decision was made to restaff it

with its current crew.

It is now the last Constellation-class starship in operation.

The crew, including officers and their families, number 260.

Due to its long life, the ship has undergone many refittings,

some more comprehensive than others.

So if you're wondering why there will suddenly be 20 feet

where the hallways are a different color, that's why.

Our first stop is a real sight, the ship's arboretum.
