mean mass layoffs? We talked to him about the job market, but also some violent reactions by

some who are fearful of AI, like the man who was arrested for throwing a Molotov cocktail at

the home of Open AI CEO Sam Altman. He was found with a manifesto detailing his anger at the growing use of artificial

intelligence. Metzl also wrote a new book called the AI Ten Commandments, in which he makes

some claims about our moral compass and the need for a collective ethical agreement as we move

forward with our use of AI. We often have to cut interviews down for time during the week,
