My friend went through a pretty terrible break of about three months ago.

Unfortunately, the relationship came to an end because she cheated on her partner twice,

and he wasn't willing to reconcile with her.

Since then, she's been pretty up and down emotionally, obviously a lot of guilt, upset, and remorse,

but also getting used to the freedom of being single again.

Most recently, she's been having a lot of casual sex, and normally, I wouldn't pass any judgment on that,

but she also told me some of it was unprotected.

I can't help but feel like this is a destructive baby, and might be doing her more harm than good.
