On Wednesday 18 June, Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge visited Bletchley Park to mark completion of the eight million pound, Heritage Lottery Fund supported restoration project. This uniquely historic site has been restored to its wartime glory, enabling visitors to experience what it was like for the Codebreakers who worked here and creating a permanent and fitting tribute to those extraordinary men and women.

Among the honoured guests was Nick Coffer from BBC Three Counties Radio, who broadcast his entire afternoon show from a great vantage point next to the Oval.

1:33.3	I'm at Bletchley Park today for a very, very important special occasion. Today marks the completion of the $8 million renovation of Bletchley Park.
1:39.3	They're very, very proud of it. It looks wonderful. There's a new visitor center to make the experience extra special for people coming along to learn about the history of Blatchley Park. And for
1:49.0	the Duchess as well, there's a very personal reason to be here because her grandma, who was
1:53.1	called Valerie Glassbrow, she actually was a code breaker here. In fact, she worked here with her
1:58.0	sister Mary, and they both married Middleton brothers.
2:07.1	And as I make my way down the driveway, the Duchess of Cambridge is actually making her way towards hut number three.
2:08.9	It's the best part of three or four hundred people here, applauding her.

2:17.9	and she's going to have lunch with a veteran who actually worked with her grandma who's going to give a first-hand
