what would you say are the fundamentals for being a good ref?

Mainly staying out of the way and being able to communicate between the wrestlers, to be able to pass messages from one wrestler to another.

That's very, very important, but mainly staying out of the way and something that I am not good at is not being seen.

Myself, I tend to exaggerate things and moves when they happen.

I don't recommend that for people because it sort of takes away from the match.
