Before I start just another warning that I'm going to be talking about some gruesome issues

once again this week. So this show might not be appropriate for some. This week we're moving

from a discussion of vampires into a look at werewolves and sheepshifters.

My first introduction into werewolves came courtesy of Michael J. Foxx in the teen movie.

Then I moved on to Stephen King Silver Bullet and Wolf with Jack Nicholson and Michelle

but all these movies taught me were that werewolves are scary creatures around the full moon who

couldn't only be killed with the silver bullet. The Twilight books introduced me to the strange

concept of imprinting on your soulmate and having telepathic abilities with your wolf pack.

None of which I found appealing. Depp and I had recorded this show together but due to some

technical difficulties I'm having to record this one again on my own. However I really wish

that recording had worked because we had a hilarious discussion about who would you rather date?

A vampire or werewolf. Which one do you think Depp picked? Yep she went with Jake. I mean the werewolf.

I said Depp what are you going to do with a werewolf? Go camping, eat raw meat, waxes back on Friday

nights? I mean at least with a vampire you can be a short of romantic evenings out exotic

travels to distant locations and yeah okay you might have to wrap your neck and garlic or

holy water but the hairless back still wins it for me. But Depp insisted she'd rather hang in

the woods with a werewolf than an immortal dead guy. Which might be think vampires have been

associated with evil devily dark stuff but werewolves not as much. Maybe it all goes back to this idea

that we all have a wolf inside of us. I'm sure you've heard of the two wolves story. In the story

a Cherokee grandfather tells his grandson a fight is going on inside of me. It's a terrible fight

and it's between two wolves. One is evil, he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance,
