That's the common motto that they like to throw out there to let us know how much the foundation

sacrifices for the sake of normalcy among the common people, but they're certainly not the only one's suffering.

Humanoid anomalies have pretty much always had a bit of a tragic history in containment,

and SCP 4504 isn't any different.

Getting yanked off the streets, especially for doing nothing wrong,

and then being forced into a cell

for the rest of your life, is a very hard pill to swallow.

SCP 4504 is a reasonable guy, but he's experienced some very unreasonable things.

4504 is a 35-year-old Chinese Australian man named Dennis Wong, who, as a result of his use of his anomalous abilities on himself,

stands 2.64 meters tall, or nearly nine feet, and has distorted features and greatly

elongated limbs. These distortions render him resistant to both kinetic impacts and extreme pain, and he is also missing both

of his hands as a result of an encounter with SCP 082, Fernand the Cannibal, during a previous

containment breach.

He is capable of manifesting two invisible hands at the ends of his arms, which warp space, allowing him to mold

solid objects he touches with them as if they were only semi-solid.

He can manipulate any solid physical substance he touches with them, including glass, stone,

steel, lead, beryllium bronze, and flesh, as they distort the space containing

the substance, as opposed to acting on the substance itself.
