The O5 Council is the leading body of the SCP Foundation, a group of 13 individuals tasked with controlling the containment and research of thousands of anomalies across the world.

The Council is typically depicted as enigmatic and mysterious, often anomalous themselves, and although they typically differ in their mindsets

of how exactly the foundation should be run, they work together with a common goal.

The article we'll be looking at today, though, ponderes a situation in which one of the
