This is a long-time listener, first-time caller.

I would like to say thanks for that podcast you did the other day about Mind Chatter.

I really love the potty's that you do where it's just you talking.

I love the ones with your guests and your line of questioning and the chats you have. I've learnt so much from

your guests as well. But I honestly think you could do your podcast now where it's just you

talking. You are the brand, baby. You are so good at shooting the breeze, you know, sharing your knowledge.

You've got your own thing going on, fun, delightful, practical, easy steps, easy to listen to.

So that's my bit of feedback on the podcast, which I love and I'm so happy that I found you years

ago on YouTube. I've learnt so much

from you and that has radiated out from me to the people around me. So thank you. My question,

Joe, is how does one create a consistent psycho-spiritual practice in my case journaling. And I'm going to sound like a wanker now

and quote Joan Didien. I don't know what I think until I write it down, she said. Now I just read

that off good reads. I have never been able to remember that off the top of my head. But anyway,

the reason why I quote that is because that's how

I feel when I do my practice of journaling. And it helps me to clarify my thoughts, what I'm feeling.

It just comes out on the page. And I never, ever, ever regret doing it, putting that pen to paper

and making that time.

But then I'll often find that weeks and months will go by where I open up the diary,

the journal and think, my goodness, it's been so long.

And this feels so good.

Why don't I do this more often?
