So I can share a little bit about my personal health journey which was after working for many years my body just kind of shut down and I had to go through a lot of different types of therapy and like rehabilitation and I wasn't able to connect to what I was feeling.

There's a condition, I don't know if it's called a condition, but the label is

Alexithymia, and it's the inability to name the sensations in your body to identify what you're experiencing and obviously
