It's very, very hard to tell people things, information, content, to give them content,

and to have them take that on board, because they're bombarded by thousands of messages

every day.

It's much easier to make them feel something, and once they feel something, then you

might be able to tell them something, give them content.

of marketing and psychology at Myold Alma Mater from MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.

He's a New York Times veteran, author of three different books, Drunk Tank Pink,

Irresistible, and the Anatomy of a Breakthrough, which provides a roadmap for getting unstuck

on the path the breakthroughs in every sphere of life, which we'll be talking a lot about

today.

Adam has an MA in a PhD in social and cognitive psychology from Princeton, where he studied

judgment and decision-making, specifically focusing on how we spend our time and money,

and he's also consulted for dozens of companies, nonprofits and governments around the world,
