We are moving along as quick as we can with quarterback evaluation because I think there's so much to get to on a really wild evaluation period. We are going to get to some of the free agents in the

next week and a half. We did, Scott and I want to spend some time as he joins me today,

looking at the top three names as quarterback and really giving some deep dive information.

We might throw Jalen Milrow in there there we'll see after jackson dart we're

going to spend time on cam award today and uh really want to go through the top end and then like

i said we'll talk about whether we think sam darnald is worth the effort energy and money whether

a year of kirk cousins or some other options we will go through those and the and the good thing here

is that

scott has extensive experience and how the browns evaluate NFL talent as a pro scout right

because there's a difference between college scouting and pro scouting and how we're evaluating

players across the league versus how you are as far as guys coming into the league because we all

know there's different elements tied into that contracts are different they're not preset there's negotiating. There's negotiating. What are you going to go up to? Stuff like that. So we will get into all of that. We released an episode yesterday with Corey Kenan where I thought Corey did a great job of talking through some of his proprietary way of weighing accuracy percentages, what he thinks about the quarterbacks in this class, and then also some of the traits and tools he looks for in quarterback evaluation. It's so important in what we're doing with the Browns and the second pick and what they're going to ultimately get to. Scott and I did last week, an episode very similar to this one on Chador Sanders, or we talked through at the beginning more of the information about how the Browns look at quarterbacks and a little bit of information on what we think their necessity, need, or desire is to take one in this class, and then went into a full breakdown of about an hour of Shador's film specifically, right?

So we wanted to spend time with the All-22. We're going to do that today. We're going to go through at the beginning here a little bit of information about

in-house grading, what the grades look like, what they mean, why they mean what they mean. And it's a two-number system, and I find it very fascinating. So we're going to talk to Scott about that. And then we're going to dig into some early pieces of Cam Ward's film we like, take a break, breakdown that film, and then give our grade of that player at the very end so scott let's talk about um what it is uh especially focusing just now we'll get to pro scouting

later but for now talking about this two number system that you and i were talking about ahead of

the show which i find to be pretty fascinating because not only are you looking at what the player

is at this very moment you do have to long project them. And that comes through two different numbers. So walk us through a little bit of when you were filling out scouting reports and when you guys were kind of breaking them down as a staff from local scouts, area scouts, things like that, how you were breaking down what opinions were of these guys for the now and then like we talked
